Llearny is a web application for learning foreign languages. The main focus is conversational skills for absolute beginners.

Two main groups of learners.

Beginners starting from zero — those who want to start speaking. The app walks them through the material topic by topic, drilling basic constructions into automatic recall.

Intermediates — those who already know something but have gaps and lack fluency. Volume practice on familiar material closes the gaps and builds automatic speech.

Active speaking practice. Before checking the correct answer, we encourage you to speak the translation out loud yourself. Speech is a skill, and it forms in the moment you actually try to produce it.

Volume practice through sentences. Words aren't memorized as isolated flashcards. They appear in dozens of sentences, and the repeated contact in context is what makes vocabulary stick.

Layered material. Every new topic carries the previous ones plus a small new piece. You don't forget old material — it keeps coming back.

Each course is based on trusted textbooks and reviewed by a language expert.
